AIR4 gives visibility and a voice to strong female role models in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM). Our aim is to inspire young girls to dream large with informed choices. By removing social, cultural and educational barriers surrounding STEM, girls will be more confident and able to choose a career of their choice.
